Pointer Wingshooting Exceeds Your Expectations

Friends are probably the best fellows to travel around the world, and if you add some dove hunting, what can go wrong? You are right, nothing! It is a perfect combination.

October had just begun when David and Shannon, a wonderful couple, arrived to La Loma Lodge. Right behind them, Michael and Erika joined them. Two really nice couples!

It was a 4-day hunting trip, from the high hills in Aguas de las Piedras to the lower field near Jesús María

The first day, David and Michael were the only ones that decided to go hunting. It was such an exhausting trip that Shannon and Erika preferred not to do it. In the case of Erika, she is a non-hunting person. But she enjoyed her stay in the lodge anyways. A good example that you can enjoy a great holiday in Argentina! Shannon hunted a few times with David and Michael, but she also took advantage to picture our beautiful landscapes.

The days were amazing! The temperature was warm, around 22 - 26 degrees. High in the hills, it was hotter. We had a blast! The field assistants made everything easier. Francisco was with David, while Gabi Pedersini joined Michael in the hunting, both with a lot of experience. Our guests were happy to share with them hunting.

David, our cook, was in charge of the food. As usual, our guests couldn’t miss the famous asado. They were delighted! He also cooked a good variety of doves, in all the possible ways you could imagine. And, of course, it was always delicious!  Two options were outstanding meals. First, the brochettes, with onion, pepper and bacon. And then, dove with red wine

Every day was hunting day. Until 4:30 p.m., when it was time to have some drinks and eat some appetizers in the lodge. A wonderful experience you should not miss!

You should be the next one!
